Clinical Evaluation System
Utah Valley University
Utah Valley University's Nursing program wanted to move their student clinical evaluations from a paper-based approach to an online one. Because students and teachers already use Canvas, it was a natural process to customize it to manage student information. Atomic Jolt worked with the clinical director to understand the client's needs and to design a custom-crafted solution that integrates seamlessly with Canvas. Now, the program retrieves instructor and student information and facilitates communication and reporting for clinical evaluations.

Masters of History
Utah State University
A Utah State University history professor approached Atomic Jolt with an innovative idea for helping students learn important facts about historical leaders. We designed a simple, yet engaging, learning application that includes a leaderboard and other game elements to motivate students to want to learn the facts. The program, Masters of History, is located conveniently in Canvas. When students complete the game, the application automatically places the students' scores in the Canvas gradebook using LTI grade writeback.
